The Founder

Mollie Cox.

Mollie Cox is the founder of Scratch Theory, a premium women's golf label she started in Lincoln, Nebraska.

She spent fifteen years in product and design leadership before starting the brand. She came to golf as an adult, joined Wilderness Ridge, and found the same problem on every rack: women's golf clothing designed for the woman the brand wishes she was.

Scratch Theory is her answer. Eight styles, developed to full technical specification with complete tech packs, graded from a medium-athletic base block, sizes XS to XL. A pleat skirt and an asymmetric dress in technical stretch woven. Tailored wool-cotton outerwear with cupro linings. A first run of 1,350 pieces, shipping Summer 2027.

She takes no salary. She is the face of the brand.

Mollie is the only spokesperson for Scratch Theory. Portraits in the press kit, horizontal, vertical and square.
